Please note: there is a $55 fee for all document requests.

Payment may be made by Cheque, Money Order or Bpay and must be received prior to the document being provided. Invoice will be issued for Bpay details.

Upon receipt of request and payment, the document will be provided within 14 days and will be issued to your nominated email address.

Alternately if you are a lot owner you are able to obtain documents through your mycommunity portal using your secure login details at no cost.
